SALON AND SPA POLICY

Thank you for choosing Black Rose Beauty Salon. We love that you have chosen us to take care of your beauty & wellness needs. We sincerely value your business and your time which is why we have created these reservation guidelines.

Because our goal is to meet & exceed your expectations, we will do our very best to run on time. Due to the nature of our business, there may be times when services take longer than expected; in which case, we will do our best to minimize any delay in your scheduled time. We apologize in advance for any delays to the start of your appointment. In order to avoid delays, and to better serve all of our guests, if a guest arrives late (in excess of 15 minutes past their scheduled time) we reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule all services for that date.
We do our best to accommodate all of our guests but can no longer guarantee reservations that check-in late.
 
We do not offer cash refunds for any product or service. There are no exceptions.
We welcome children of all ages, but ask they be supervised at all times for their own safety and for the experience of other guests. Our stylists work with sharp, hot, and dangerous tools that make it an unsafe atmosphere for unattended children.
All gift cards are subject to an expiration date, two years after the date of purchase. Once expired, gift cards will be reduced to half of their value at the time of expiration.
Gratuity is very much appreciated and can be accepted in the forms of cash, Venmo, or credit card.
