HOW TO USE:
1. Always shake the eyeliner before use.
2. Apply 2-3 swipes of eyeliner along lash line.
3. For an extra hold apply to the lash band itself.
4. Wait 15-30 seconds.
5. Apply lashes directly on top of eyeliner.
*Store vertically with cap down to prevent drying out.
